- First of all. I hate to bring this up so soon, but I have another issue with Arby's. Lately, I have been counting my calories. Yeah, yeah I know, laugh it up. But as I was checking nutrition facts for McDonalds one day, I was curious as to how healthy Arby's was. It turns out that AN ARBY'S ROAST BEEF SANDWICH HAS ALMOST AS MUCH CALORIES AND FAT AS A MICKEY D'S DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER!!!!! Yeah you heard me right. Just another reason not to eat there. I am convinced that they are pure evil.

-Next, I am having trouble with people who use the word "Lame" for every single thing they hear. If I tell you that someone is cheating on their spouse, please don't say back to me: "Really? Oh my gosh that is so lame." Here are some examples of what people say and how you should respond:
1. " Hey did you hear that so and so ran away to vegas and is living a life of immorality?"
INCORRECT RESPONSE: "Really? Wow that is lame." CORRECT RESPONSE: "Really? Wow. What a skank."
2. "My friend is having a hard time right now. His mom just passed away."
INCORRECT RESPONSE: (and yes, I have actually heard someone say this) "Oh dear, That is lame."
CORRECT RESPONSE: "Oh no is he alright?"
But sometimes it is ok. All I am saying is to use it sparingly. For example:
WHEN IT IS OK TO RESPOND USING THE WORD "LAME"
1. "Hey what do you think of watching Full House?"
2. "What do you think about Michelle Obama?"
3. "Let's go to Kmart!"
4. "Let's move to Phoenix!"
5. "Let's vote democrat!"
6. "Let's go to Kaysville!"
There you go! Sorry if today's KEATON THOUGHTS were "lame". Hopefully they will get better as they go along. Don't forget to check back soon for another post and please leave a comment to tell me if this one was lame.

Sometimes the word lame makes me laugh LOL but I agree, if someone is skanky and or dead, don't say lame

Thanks Dave and Chelsea! I love this whole team up against Jill thing we have got going. She should stop saying lame. While we are at it, she should buy me things more often too.
